Dozens of tables for casual play! Use Game Tokens to play Commander and earn Prize Tickets. (Tokens not needed if you don’t want prizes.)
Australian Open $10K Tournament
Test your Magic skills against the best players in the region! This multi-format event will test both your constructed and sealed deck building skills. With a large cash prize and deep prize pool this is the event for you if you like competitive Magic.
- Start Time: 9:30am Player meeting, Round 1 Starts 10:00am
- Entry: $120 via the Fire Avatar Pass
- Player Cap: none
- Format: This is a 2-day event. 10 rounds Swiss; 5 rounds Sealed Deck, 5 rounds Standard Constructed. Each player will receive 6 Boosters to build their deck. Rounds 1-7 will take place on Saturday and rounds 8-10 Plus Top8 Finals will take place on Sunday.
- Prizes:
- 1st: $4000
- 2nd: $2000
- 3rd/4th: $1000
- 5th-8th: $500
- 9th-16: 300 Prize Tickets
- 17th-32nd: 150 Prize Tickets

Game Tokens $15
With your entry you will receive some game tokens. You can purchase more of these at the venue. These tickets can be used at game tables to play for Prize Tickets. When players sit at a table, each player provides a game token. When the game ends or the achievements have been met, the table can call for a Judge who will award the table with Prize Tickets.
Prize Tickets
Prize Tickets will be awarded to players throughout the weekend by Judges. These Prize Tickets can be redeemed at the Prize Wall for great prizes, like Booster packs, accessories and other cool items.
